the Meeting and Education Segment
At February’s member meeting, we’ll be presenting the list of candidates for the next watch that begins in March. Members will vote to approve this slate at the February member meeting.
As part of our February meeting, we’ll be serving pizza. Please bring your own beverages. If you’ll be at the meeting, please help us with ordering enough pizza letting us know how many are coming. If you wish to enjoy the pizza, it’s very important you RSVP by Tuesday, February 3.
Our 50/50 raffle will be held, so please bring cash (small bills) to participate in this fun, and potentially rewarding, activity.
Education Segment
Jeffery Slinger, Petty Officer 3rd Class Boatswain Mate, USCG Fort Myers
Born and raised in Florida, Petty Officer Slinger lives in Cape Coral with his wife and two children. He’s been in the USCG nearly six years and has served on a 270-foot cutter out of Kittery, Maine. Jeff is an avid fisherman.
