  list of candidates for the next watch that begins in March. Members will 
 vote to approve this slate at the February member meeting.\n\nAs part of o
 ur February meeting\, we’ll be serving pizza. Please bring your own beve
 rages. If you’ll be at the meeting\, please help us with ordering enough
  pizza letting us know how many are coming. If you wish to enjoy the pizza
 \, it’s very important you RSVP by Tuesday\, February 3.\n\nOur 50/50 ra
 ffle will be held\, so please bring cash (small bills) to participate in t
 his fun\, and potentially rewarding\, activity.\nEducation Segment\n\nJeff
 ery Slinger\, Petty Officer 3rd Class Boatswain Mate\, USCG Fort Myers\n&n
 bsp\;\n\nBorn and raised in Florida\, Petty Officer Slinger lives in Cape 
 Coral with his wife and two children. He’s been in the USCG nearly six y
 ears and has served on a 270-foot cutter out of Kittery\, Maine. Jeff is a
 n avid fisherman.\n\nTopics he will cover:\n\nFlares: pyrotechnic vs. elec
 tronic\n\nSearch and rescue: the search for the two males that were never 
 found but their boat was off the SW coast of Ft Myers\n\nNavigation on All
