Fifty-six members enjoyed a beautiful evening with music, camaraderie, and the succulent goodness of a Low Country Boil featuring jumbo shrimp, Cajun sausage, onions, corn, and potatoes, all cooked right there at the PGICA pavilion. The committee had some last-minute challenges with two of the burners, but prevailed to get everything cooked on time. Backups proved to be a good precaution against the potential wrath of a hungry mob!
By all accounts, everyone had plenty to eat and the committee intends to reprise it next year, as well. Owing to seating constraints and limitations on cooking pots and burners, we expect our limit to be reached quickly, so be watching for the announcement when it comes.
